Work from home. Generous PTO/family leave policies after the first year. Reasonable health insurance cost.
Cons
Worked there for over two years and never received a raise. The company says the AFC role is “fast-paced” but it is actually high-demand with a lot of responsibility put on the AFC. In the group, the sales team will always be taken care of over admin.
Advice to Senior Management
I didn’t realize how toxic my group had become until I left. Their version of a reward is GrubHub or Amazon gift cards. With a family to feed and rising cost of living, maybe think about actually paying your employees what they are worth.
Consider administrative professionals as equals versus tools for your sales team.
